Delivery times & Shipping
The delivery time for various products differs and depends on your location.
We process your order and dispatch it within 1-3 business days.
Normally you can expect to receive the items that you ordered within 4-15 days with Free Standard Shipping offered at our shop.
In case you require urgent delivery we might be able to arrange a faster delivery at an extra cost. Pleas contact us by email with your query.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Packing
Framed Art prints
The Art prints are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).
Art prints (posters)
Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.

Some exceptions are:

Canvas
Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.
Other products:
All other products are packaged appropriately according to the common standards meeting the requirements for safe shipping, to ensure your delivery comes in perfect state.
Free mockups
You can always send us an email with a photo of the room where you intend to place the art work - we will send you a free mockup with the chosen piece, so you can be sure the selected size and design will suit in your place well before ordering.
Custom designs
At GEMAcircle we are ready to fulfill your specific needs and situation, so you can contact us if you need a different background, size, material or even a custom art and design print made only for you as a special order.
Distance services are delivered by the connection through Quantum field.
