A Himalayan salt plate seasons food lightly on contact through its mineral surface, without the sharpness of added table salt. Heated on a grill or stove, it sears proteins and vegetables evenly; chilled, it acts as a cold serving board for cheese, fruit, or cured fish. The mineral character of the salt transfers subtly to whatever rests on it.
Each slab is a natural piece — surface markings, colour variation, and small inclusions are expected and part of the material's character. The plates are dense, heavy, and durable with proper care: heat gradually, cool completely before washing, and dry thoroughly after use.
