Return & Refund Policy
At our shop, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality digital products and physical items.
Returns
Our products are made to order, however, if the delivered items do not match your expectations, we will accept returns in 14 days after the delivery. Please contact us by email to confirm return address.
Note: The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs of a return shipping.
Cancellation
For physically shipped items, you have the option to request a cancellation within 2 hours after placing the order, if you have changed your mind for any reason. If the order production has not been initiated yet - we will confirm your cancellation.
We will refund the cancelled order if the order payment was successful, and one of the following is true:
G.E.M.A. agreed to a buyer request to cancel their order before dispatch.
G.E.M.A. has decided to refuse service to the buyer and has issued a full refund, including postage.
The buyer did not receive the item(s) ordered, and G.E.M.A. has issued a refund for the item.
The buyer and G.E.M.A. agreed that the buyer could return the item to the seller for a refund. G.E.M.A. has received the returned item and issued a refund to the buyer for the item.

In the rare cases of damaged delivery, we will arrange for a replacement. We kindly ask you to email us as soon as you noticed the damages & provide us with photographs and your explanations. We will accept such claims, made no later than 48 hours after the actual delivery time.

Digital downloads
Due to the nature of digital files, cancellations cannot be accepted once the download link has been provided.
