Delivery times & Shipping

The delivery time for various products differs and depends on your location. 

Your order is processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Normally you can expect to receive the items that you ordered within 2-15 days with Standard Shipping offered at our shop. Some items might have longer delivery terms for specific countries. If you are in a hurry, please contact us before placing the order, so we can confirm it shall arrive on time.

​In case you require urgent delivery we might be able to arrange  a faster delivery at an extra cost. Please contact us by email with your query.

Packing

Framed Art prints

​The Art prints are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

Art prints (posters)

Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.

Flat for posters up to A4

Some exceptions are:

  • Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT

Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.

All other products are packaged appropriately according to the common standards meeting the requirements for safe shipping, to ensure your delivery comes in perfect state.

Free mockups

You can always send us an email with a photo of the room where you intend to place the art work - we will send you a free mockup with the chosen piece, so you can be sure the selected size and design will suit in your place well before ordering.

We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers : Gelato, Printify and Printful who create your item only after you order. This sustainable approach means zero waste, fresh quality for every order, and the ability to ship globally. Your piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

What is the production time?

Expect 1-3 days for production, plus shipping time to your location. Because each item is made to order just for you, this ensures you receive the highest quality product while minimizing environmental impact.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! In cooperation with our local partners we deliver across the world, but some countries are still excluded. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you can not select your country at checkout -means we can not deliver the item. If we are not able to deliver to your location-you will not be able to check-out.

What about customs and taxes?

EU orders are currently VAT-free, and sales tax for USA orders is not applied.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply for all orders depending on your country's regulations and selected item. However but we do our best to manage the supplied products so that they are produced locally to make sure you have no problems upon delivery. However these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

We offer a 14-day return period for unused items. Because each piece is made to order, we ask that items be in their original condition. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us—we're committed to making it right. Please contact us by email, if you wish to return the item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
