Delivery times & Shipping
The delivery time for various products differs and depends on your location.
We process your order and dispatch it within 1-3 business days.
Normally you can expect to receive the items that you ordered within 2-15 days with Standard Shipping offered at our shop.
In case you require urgent delivery we might be able to arrange a faster delivery at an extra cost. Pleas contact us by email with your query.
Packing
Framed Art prints
The Art prints are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).
Art prints (posters)
Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Flat for posters up to A4
- Tube for posters above A4
Some exceptions are:
- Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
- Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil
Canvas
Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.
Other products:
All other products are packaged appropriately according to the common standards meeting the requirements for safe shipping, to ensure your delivery comes in perfect state.
Custom designs
At GEMAcircle we are ready to fulfill your specific needs and personalize our designs or create unique ones, so you can contact us if you need a different background, size, material or even a custom art and design print made only for you as a special order.
Free mockups
You can always send us an email with a photo of the room where you intend to place the art work - we will send you a free mockup with the chosen piece, so you can be sure the selected size and design will suit in your place well before ordering.

What is the production time?
Expect 1-3 days for production, plus shipping time to your location. Because each item is made to order just for you, this ensures you receive the highest quality product while minimizing environmental impact.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! In cooperation with our local partners we deliver across Europe and overseas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you can not select your country at checkout -means we can not deliver the item. If we are not able to deliver to your location-you will not be able to check-out.
What about customs and taxes?
EU orders are currently VAT-free. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, but we do our best to select products that are produces locally to make sure you have no problems upon delivery. However these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your item is produced and shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package's journey to you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items. Because each piece is made to order, we ask that items be in their original condition. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us—we're committed to making it right. Please contact us by email, if you wish to return the item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
